Fashion, beauty and wellbeing choices are an integral part of our daily lives. We seek to understand the psychological wellbeing and aesthetic experiences of consumers along with questions of ethics and wellbeing for industry workers. Our research seeks to innovate processes of making and perfecting cosmetics for skin and hair, alongside the promotion of a positive relationship between dress, body, society, and the self.


Research areas:  Beauty (cosmetics, hair); consumer buying behaviour, customer experience; equity; diversity and inclusion (EDI); pscychology; wellbeing.
