Biography

Carla Frith is a Buying and Product development specialist with 15 years of industry experience, and is the year 1 lead tutor on the BA (Hons) Fashion Buying and Merchandising course. Carla has worked with some of the fashion industry’s leading brands; most recently as Buying Manager at COS. During her role as Buying Manager at COS, she directed and managed a team of buyers, designers and merchandisers to create forward-thinking collections. She also played a key role in the success and growth of this rapidly expanding global brand. Carla now works as a consultant for fashion start-up businesses helping them to take product visions into reality. Most recently working on projects for Omnes Europe, I and me Denim, Project Panda and Odd Muse.
