Essential coronavirus info
Your safety is our first priority.

Student ID card collection

The information on this page is for:

  • students joining us for the first time in 2021/22
  • students progressing onto a new course at a different level (for example from our Foundation Diploma in Art and Design onto an undergraduate course)
  • students starting the second year of a course where they studied the first year online because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

If you're a returning student who already has a Student ID card, you don't need to collect a new one. If your Student ID card is lost, expired or faulty, contact the Student Centre at your College or Institute for guidance.

Student ID card eligibility

You’re eligible for a Student ID card when you become conditionally or fully enrolled.

If you’re not conditionally or fully enrolled before it’s time to start your course, don’t worry. As long as you've completed the online registration step of enrolment you can join us on site for your studies. Instead of a Student ID card we’ll give you an entry wristband. You’ll exchange your wristband for a card when you become conditionally or fully enrolled.
