Biography

Richard Hughs-Jones is an Executive Coach who helps leaders navigate business and personal growth in a complex world. His clients are entrepreneurs and executives in high-growth businesses and the investment industry. 

He is fascinated by the way leadership, business models and the future of the working world are changing and evolving. Rather than observing these fundamental shifts from the side-lines, he works together with the individuals and teams who are driving them. From start-ups to corporates, Richard’s contrasting experiences give him a unique perspective on what businesses and leaders must do to thrive in a complex world characterised by rapid and unpredictable change. 

Richard became an executive coach in 2013, after a decade at Deloitte Consulting and Her Majesty’s Treasury. He coaches clients face-to-face and online around the world, bringing a fresh and progressive approach to business building, executive coaching and leadership development.
