Featured in Forbes, Metro, Evening Standard and Elite Business Magazine, and an LCF alumna, Stacia Bedford, is an accomplished, dynamic and disruptive repeat entrepreneur, who pioneered the bridal tech space with the innovative e-commerce platform she co-founded, Prim & Clover — a first-of-its-kind online wedding dress builder and marketplace.

Whilst Managing and Creative Director, Stacia helmed Prim & Clover to such accolades as short-listings for Virgin Media’s VOOM Spark & Start-up award, the FedEx Small Business grant and I Heart Studios/Department for International Trade Pitch Your Heart Out competition; runner-up for the Centre for Fashion Enterprise Fash/Tech Pioneer endowment; 2016 Small Biz 100 and feature by American Express/Small Business Saturday with Small Business Minister, Margot James, at 10 Downing Street; and an invitation from HRH Countess of Wessex GCVO, to attend Buckingham Palace, for the Better Lives Through Fashion celebration. Prim & Clover was also chosen for and participated in incubation provided by Centre for Fashion Enterprise (Pioneer & Accelerate Fash/Tech programmes), Echo Plus (Fashion++) and Plexal (Plexiglass: Female Founders in Tech); and showcased at the National Wedding Show and A Most Curious Wedding Fair.

With upwards of 15 years marketing expertise, and 10+ years in fashion design, retail and management, Stacia boasts a broad industry network, and an extensive background launching various start-ups in multifarious fashion, tech and entertainment-based industries by establishing operations, commercialising products and services, implementing benchmarks and accelerating growth. As a known strategist and consultant, she specialises in brand identity, consumer insights, trendspotting, social media and omnichannel communications initiatives; is regularly asked to speak at industry events, conferences and universities, on panels and advisory boards as a thought leader in entrepreneurship, fashion, marketing and the bridal industry.

Stacia is an Entrepreneurship and Innovation lecturer and accredited coach, currently coaching entrepreneurs in a range of industries.
