Student exchange
Outgoing exchanges
LCF students may be able to for study one semester at a partner institution if their course allows. Most exchanges are for undergraduates students and financial support through the Erasmus+ programme or the Turing Scheme may be available to eligible students. Please contact the LCF Exchange and Mobility Officer to check your eligibility and discuss your options.
Incoming exchanges
If you are a student from one of LCF’s partner intuitions and are looking to undertake an exchange at LCF, first check with your institution’s own International Office to confirm your eligibility and consult the LCF Guide for Incoming exchange students (PDF 6.0MB) for more information about exchange opportunities at LCF. Please note, we only take exchange students for one semester. Feel free to contact the LCF Exchange and Mobility Officer for any enquiry.
Work placements
LCF students may have the opportunity to do a work placement abroad as part of their degree, if their course allows. According to your placement location and duration, you may qualify for an Erasmus+ Traineeship Grant or Turing funding.
Short-term mobility funding
Global Pathways is our newly launched funding scheme that welcomes LCF students to apply for financial support for a short-term (1 - 4 weeks) mobility abroad, such as work placements, summer schools, study visits or field trips. Staff mobility
We encourage staff to undertake either a Staff Training mobility or a Staff Teaching mobility across Europe as part of their staff development through the opportunities offered under the Erasmus+ programme that are available at UAL until May 2023. Please consult the staff intranet pages under ‘Erasmus+ Staff Mobility’ for more information.
