Justin Richardson has started 2 successful companies in the last 10 years, including being involved with 2 fashion-focused companies. He spent the last 25 years of his career working on digital transformation and revenue growth projects bouncing between senior (Vice President and above) International Corporate business development and working on technology focused businesses aiming towards funding rounds and IPO’s.
Starting career after a degree in Economic with Geography at QMC, London University, Justin started as a graduate trainee with The Sunday Times (at News International) and intensively trained across commercial disciplines (marketing strategy, advertising sales, sponsorship, licensing, and events). In 1996 Justin moved into management roles and started to focus on commercial strategies (opportunities) in the emerging digital economy for companies leveraging content/IP (ITN/LBC, SMI Conferences.)
In 2000 Justin joined the International corporate world with Time Warner (Warne Bros.) to oversee commercial operations at newly founded ‘International New Media’ division based in London. Working on Harry Potter, Batman/Superman, Scooby Doo and Matrix franchises. Later corporate roles (Vice President and above) focused on international licensing at Playboy Enterprises Inc, NTT Docomo Japan, Mattel Inc. Justin also held MD roles at SME’s, Net Mobile AG based in Dusseldorf and TLos Angeles based Twistbox Entertainment Inc.
