Is Help to Grow right for your business?

Help to Grow is designed for established businesses that are ready to think about their next stage of growth.

It could be right for you if:

• You've been running your UK business for more than one year
• You have between 5 and 249 employees
• You're a founder, business owner or senior manager
• You want to grow your business but need more time and structure to work on it
• You're looking to strengthen your strategy, team, operations, marketing or finances
• You're ready to turn ideas and ambitions into a practical plan for growth
• Not a charity (unless there is an eligible trading arm)

Module design

The course will cover key areas of leadership including:

• Strategy and innovation.
• Adopting digital technology.
• Growing national and international markets.
• Building vision and brand.
• Developing a marketing strategy.
• Organisational design.
• Employee engagement and leading change.
• High-performance teams.
• Efficient operations.
• Finance and financial management.

Cost

Help to Grow: Management is 90% government funded.

The standard contribution is £750 per participant for the 12-week programme. A bursary may be available to support the course fee, subject to eligibility. To discuss this opportunity, please contact our team.

The programme includes:

• 12 weeks of practical business learning
• 1:1 mentoring
• A personalised Growth Action Plan
• Access to a network of other business leaders

Programme format

The programme runs over 12 weeks and combines online learning with in-person sessions at London College of Fashion, UAL.

The programme is designed to fit around the realities of running a business, while giving you structured time to focus on your growth.
