The Help to Grow: Management Programme offers 12 weeks of executive training for senior managers of small and medium-sized businesses looking to reach the next level, increasing productivity and growing revenue.

UAL/LCF Fashion Business School is delighted to be part of the UK wide ‘Help to Grow Management’ programme. The programme is a 90% government funded, 12-week programme to build your capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing and financial management. This is delivered through a series of face-to-face and online workshops, designed to fit around your ongoing working commitments.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this programme you must be:

  • Small or medium-sized enterprise based in the UK.
  • Employing between 5 and 249 people.
  • Operational for at least one year.
  • From any business sector.
  • Not be a charity.

The programme

The programme includes access to 10 hours of individual mentoring from an experienced professional to support you in developing a custom growth plan for your business. You will also gain access to a nationwide alumni network organisation. The costs of the programme are 90% funded by the UK Government, in their efforts to support UK companies growing organically, meaning that you only pay £750 for the programme.

Help to Grow Management at UAL/LCF Fashion Business School, in central London, is an opportunity to experience the Help to Grow programme, which will be delivered by experienced specialist academics and experienced fashion and creative industry people in an accredited and award-winning business school, tailored to small creative businesses like yours.

This is a UK Government funded programme in partnership with the UK’s Small Business Charter. We are now recruiting for a programme starting September 21st 2022.

Cost

  • The programme is 90% funded by the government so you'll only pay £750 per participant.
  • For companies with over five and up to 10 employees, a maximum of one owner/senior decision-maker can apply.
  • For companies with over 10 full-time employees, two senior employees may join the programme.
