Biography
Min Ji Seo is a PhD student at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. She built her academic career of cross-cultural case studies between the United Kingdom and South Korea in the field of fashion designers, start-ups, international marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, fashion business incubation programme and political implications of the fashion manufacturing ecosystem. In October 2021, she starts her new teaching career as an associate lecturer in strategy. Her current research interest is innovation resistance factors of employing 3D fashion design software in the garment production ecosystem. This research leads to generating political supports to increase the adaptation of new technology in the apparel manufacturing industry, striving to reduce garment waste and tackle the lack of apparel machinists.
