Public transport

Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford is the closest tube station and is one of the best-connected places in London, in Zone 2/3. It is served by international, national, and local rail lines, as well as several underground lines (including the 24-hour night tube on the Central and Jubilee lines) and served by multiple bus routes.

Tube

Stratford station is your most convenient tube station, served by the Central and Jubilee lines, the DLR, London Overground, and the Elizabeth Line. From the station, follow this video guide showing the pedestrian route through Westfield Stratford City to reach our main entrance.

Train

Arrive at Stratford station via National Rail services or the Elizabeth line for fast, direct connections from multiple London zones and surrounding areas. Stratford International station is a 5 minute walk from Stratford station.

Bus

Multiple TfL bus routes serve Stratford and the surrounding area, with Stratford Bus Station adjacent to the rail and tube hub, meaning you're only steps away from campus when you arrive. If you arrive at Stratford Bus Station, walk over the bridge towards Westfield Shopping Centre and follow this video guide showing the pedestrian route through Westfield to reach our main entrance.

Car

Our central Stratford location means there is no on-site parking available. The closest parking available can be found at London Stadium, London Aquatics Centre, Copper Box Arena, Lee Valley VeloPark, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre or Timber Lodge Café. Plane

If arriving from a UK airport like London City, the fastest route is via the DLR or Elizabeth line to Stratford. If you arrive via Heathrow or Gatwick, take the Underground or rail link to Paddington or Victoria, then connect to the Elizabeth line to reach Stratford.

On foot / by bike

Once at Stratford, walking to our campus is a pleasant experience — from the station, follow this video guide showing the pedestrian route through Westfield Stratford City to reach our main entrance. If you're cycling, there is generous provision for bicycle parking on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and the Park is a smooth and scenic route.

Accessing the building

Please note, that during the winter months, the front and side entrance to LCF's East Bank campus may be closed. Please enter the building via the waterfront mezzanine level, which provides accessible access. Watch this video on how to access the ramp route on the Stratford Waterfront.

All entrances to our building are at ground level with step-free access. Lifts and access needs toilets are available on all floors.
