'Fashioned Worlds' exhibition

Following the success of our MA Womenswear and Menswear catwalks,  MA19 season continued with 'Fashioned Worlds'. Postgraduate students from the School of Media & Communication showcased their final Masters projects at the Bargehouse at Oxo Tower Wharf, where creative talents in fashion media, communication and performance took visitors on a journey through many worlds.

LCFMA19 Menswear: Behind the Scenes

A look behind the scenes at our Menswear show which took place at St. George's Church Bloomsbury. The show was styled by Michael Miller, who worked closely with the students to help them shape their garments and deliver a smooth and high-quality final collection. Makeup was provided by Maria Comparetto, and hair styling was assisted by Andy Heasman and the RUSH team for L’Oréal Professionnel. Film by Giordono Fetto.

LCF Celebrates 10 Years of Costume Design for Performance

This year we are celebrating 10 years of Costume Design for Performance at LCF. Watch our showcase of the very best talent for MA19. This year themes included: plastic pollution, domestic abuse and body dysmorphia in men, these were explored through a combination of concept and design. Costume Design for Performance aims to push the boundaries of costume, both for live performance and film. Find out more about the course.
