Biography

My passion lies in utilising the transformative power of theatre, and the creative arts to unlock stimulus in individuals, teams and organisations for meaningful change and growth. As a drama facilitator and moderator for organisations and teams, I strive for a conducive, de-risk environment, where individuals and teams are free to explore playfully, intuitively, and creatively their leadership potential and capabilities, as part of a continuous process of becoming during which they reflect, reframe, and reimagine.

I also co-create, support and lead ventures on social innovation, focusing on the valuable contribution applied arts can make to address social challenges and enhance the learning and teaching experience. As a business development manager at CSM Innovation, I generate new partnerships demonstrating the College’s commitment as an anchor for social innovation.

Prior to making a career change towards theatre and the arts as drivers for change, I worked for more than 15 years in the international development sector, holding various leadership positions. My focus has varied from orchestrating partnerships with global financial institutions such as the World Bank, to incubating policy accelerators across the globe with major Philanthropic Foundations, national governments, corporates, and international agencies. I am an economist with an MA in Applied Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and an MSc in International Development from the University of Bristol.
