This consists of a workshop that lies in between the Wood and Metal Workshop and is equipped with basic machines for drilling, cutting and sanding as well as vacuum formers and a plastics oven.
The open work area, which lies outside the Wood, General and Metal workshop, consists of a number of benches and down draft tables as well as a range of hand and power tools to facilitate student making as well as a spray booth for finishing. These facilities work in close proximity to each other, as well as the Digital Fabrication Bureau and the workshops on the ground floor.
