Claire Robertson

Fashion Programme; Lecturer, BA Fashion Communication.

I graduated from FCP in 2003. I am a photographer and fine artist. With an interest in the designer's creative process my work, in relation to fashion communication, lies within a documentary practice.

I have photographed the work of Alexander McQueen, Boudicca, Christopher Kane, Dunhill, Emma Cook, Erdem, Gareth Pugh, Giles, Hussein Chayalan, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jonathan Saunders, Kenzo, Lanvin, Louise Goldin, Maison Margiela, Marios Schwab, Meadham Kirchhoff, Richard Nicoll, Rodarte, Roskanda Ilincic and Viktor & Rolf.

My work has been published in a broad range of media, from book publications, Margiela (Rizzoli), British Fashion Designers and Modern Menswear (Laurence King Publishing), to magazines and newspapers including i-D, Sunday Telegraph and Dazed Digital.

At Central Saint Martins I work with FCP students on developing photography skills and ideas.
