Biography

I am an Associate Lecturer at MA Innovation Management, Central Saint Martins, UAL.

I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Innovation at Central Saint Martins, where my research explores the intersection of Arts and STEM. My research specifically delves into hybrid innovation processes, examining the mechanisms of skills transfer within transdisciplinary teams that bring together artists and STEM professionals to collaborate on shared outcomes.

Within MA Innovation Management, I lead and mentor students by providing them with new creative perspectives. I share knowledge on organisational dynamics, digital technologies, and hybrid innovation, and supports students’ research journey by offering methodological expertise.

Beyond academia, I work as a Skills Project Officer at The Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s National Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, I am actively involved in developing nationwide learning activities and building strong connections with early career researchers across the UK. Within the Institute, I am also a member of the AI & Arts interest group. This group is a multi-disciplinary taskforce within the Turing, bringing together professionals from academia to creative industries and policymakers to understand the reciprocal influence of data science and the arts, and explore collaborative avenues.

My background is in Arts Management. I have almost a decade of professional experience in the creative industries between Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. I hold an MA in Arts Management and a BA in Cultural Studies from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
