Join us in a participatory performance and collective action that builds on artist Eva Sajovic’s recent work Rise and Fall of a Temple.

An invitation to imagine, deliberate, and act together. Come together to dream collectively and embody shared agency through sound, movement, and costume. Together we will ask: What future do we want? What future can we imagine—and divine—together?

Eva has led a collaborative process of creating costumes and props that will be shared and worn.Following a procession we will gather in a people’s assembly to consider what a “temple” for the future might be: what values it upholds, what it shelters, and what it excludes. Music by Joe Bates.

The evening culminates in a collective decision on whether the temple will stand or fall, followed by an embodied action in response.

A late evening opening of Rise and Fall of a Temple and refreshments at Chelsea Space will follow.

This event is free and open to all. Please contact our team if you have any specific access requirements: publicprogramme@arts.ac.uk
