About the Workshop
This online workshop is designed to support graduates in managing their wellbeing while navigating the job search. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to help you cope with stress, build resilience, maintain motivation, and create a personalised wellbeing plan to support you during this transition.

The session will focus on supporting graduates with:

• Managing wellbeing while navigating the job search
• Building resilience and confidence
• Coping with setbacks and maintaining motivation
• Balancing the pressures of a new year, especially when circumstances feel unchanged
• Identifying opportunities and creating a sustainable personal wellbeing plan

This will be an interactive and supportive space to reflect, share (if you feel comfortable), and gain practical strategies you can apply immediately.
