As we celebrate Show One: Art, we talk to students about their degree show work and the ideas behind it.

Matty Mancey is a BA Fine Art student whose work explores the body in conflict with itself. Her final project investigates ideas about female labour and borders, utilising horror tropes, DIY special effects and prosthetics to depict a female voyaging through her own digestive system.
