Central Saint Martins graduates Levi Palmer and Matthew Harding held their first on-schedule catwalk show for London Fashion Week spring/summer 2014. Our film gives a behind-the-scenes insight.

The show was held in the Platform Theatre at Central Saint Martins, with the event production team drafting in talent from across the university. The lighting was designed by Fridthjofur Thorsteinsson, an MA Performance Design and Practice graduate, and the set was designed by Malcolm Pate, also a University of the Arts London alumnus.

Speaking at the time about their show, Palmer and Harding said: “We’re being quite ambitious with our first show. It’s great because we’re using the Saint Martins Platform Theatre – they’re supporting their alumni and letting us do it for very minimal cost. Also, just to bring fashion week to Saint Martins feels like a great 360 because that’s where it began for us.”

Since its launch in 2011, palmer//harding has gone from strength to strength. The label will be doing a follow-up show in February for men’s fashion week.
