Last week over 70 postgraduate students from across the Art programme exhibited their work in the annual MA interim show in east London, here we bring together a gallery of highlights from the exhibition.
The show, entitled Somehow You and I Collide, saw students studying MA Art and Science, Photography and Fine Art exhibit their work publicly for the first time. Set in Mangle’s underground industrial site, the work considered what it means to make in today’s economic and political landscape with pieces ranging from sculptural to video and interactive.
“The range and ambition displayed in this show is extraordinary, and the way the work fits into this gothic and cavernous spaces adds drama and excitement for the viewer.” – Alex Schady, Art Programme Leader
