MA Fashion alumna Jackie Lee has been awarded the British Fashion Council’s Fashion Forward prize, while graduates Na Di and Louise Körner have swiped the Premium Young Designers Award.

Jackie Lee, who is known for her chic and androgynous tailoring, is one of three new womenswear designers given the Fashion Forward prize. Her label J. JS Lee will open London Fashion Week at 9am on 14 February, and she will receive support for the next two seasons.

Two of the three designers recognised by the Premium Young Designers Award earned their stripes at Central Saint Martins. Louise Körner won the womenswear category with her flamboyant prints and rich diversity of materials. Na Di, whose collection was inspired by street style and vintage toys, scooped the menswear prize.
