Gracie fought off competition from the 39 other students who showed their collections. Womenswear designers Asai Andrew Ta and Fiona O’Neill were named as first runner-up and second runner-up respectively.

The judges of the L’Oréal Professionnel Talent Award were Ashish, Arthur Arbesser, Craig Green, Anna Orsini of the British Fashion Council, Kay Barron from Net-A-Porter, Joanna Craig-Brown of L’Oréal Professionnel and Willie Walters, BA Fashion Course Leader. The prizes were given by designers Peter Jensen, MA Fashion alumnus and Craig Green, BA and MA Fashion graduate.

As well as sponsoring the show, L’Oréal Professionnel also took care of the hair styling. Make up was provided by MAC. The BA Fashion Show 2014 was dedicated to the memory of Professor Louise Wilson OBE.
