Biography

I am a Graduate Teaching Assistant, a Colombian designer and business and creative strategist with a strong commitment to leveraging design methodologies to tackle intricate challenges.

With over 10 years of industry experience, I have honed a diverse skill set in design encompassing user experience, user research, design thinking, design strategy, and business model innovation.

My expertise has empowered me to collaboratively develop solutions, products, and services with organisations from a wide range of industries by leveraging insights and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement through iterative approaches.

Back in Colombia, I started my career by developing and conceptualising both brands and communication strategies for clients such as Coca-Cola, Adidas, Federación de Cafeteros, Fundación Telefónica, Abbott, Natura, among others. Then, as an applied creativity & innovation consultant, I led innovation culture and cultural change projects for Cerrejón (the world's biggest open air mining company), IDB, Oceans, Merck, Bayer, UE among others.

I hold a BFA from Universidad de los Andes (Cum Laude) and an MBA (Distinction) from Central Saint Martins.
