Biography

I am an award-winning writer who has worked across film, theatre, TV and radio.

I have also worked as a Production and Development Executive at Creative England on a slate of short films and features, a script editor at the BBC in various departments and I mentor film makers for the BFI and Ffilm Cymru.

As an educator, I have run writing workshops at the ShortFLIX event in Birmingham, for Creative England in Manchester, for the BFI Northern Film Hub in Leeds and for Ffilm Cymru in Cardiff. I have lectured in screenwriting at Regent’s University, Bournemouth University, the London Film Academy, the MetFilm School and I was a script consultant at the London Film School.

I received my PGCHE from Regent’s University, my MA in theatre from Goldsmith’s College and my BA in filmmaking specialising in screenwriting from the University of Northumbria.
