I specialise in helping individuals and teams to make a living doing what they are good at, like to do, and care the most about. I’ve spent my whole career either leading the design and implementation of entrepreneurial strategy or developing the capability of others to do so.
I grew up in Chile, the US, Scotland and Brazil, have a BA in Literature from Reed College, an MBA from the University of Washington, and an MA in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins.
I started my career in Silicon Valley with Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, a start-up which pioneered angioplasty. After senior posts in other startups in Germany and Spain, I joined Gorilla Park and launched their venture investment and acceleration operations in Sweden.
I have designed and delivered entrepreneurship programmes for the FFWDLondon Pre-Accelerator, City University, Central Saint Martins, Scottish Institute for Enterprise, Hong Kong University, and Wayra. My clients have included Boots, MIT Media Lab, the SETSquared Partnership, 3C Research, NESTA Investments, School for Startups and Imperial Innovations.
