Biography
I have been an Associate Lecturer on MA Culture, Curation and Criticism since the early days of the course, working mainly with students producing Unknown Quantities, the course’s annual publication. As an arts journalist, I have written about crime fiction, music, film and television for a range of publications, including the Guardian, the Observer, Sight and Sound, NME and the Independent. At present I write mostly on classical music and opera, reviewing regularly for the London Standard and Opera magazine.
