Biography

I am an architect, researcher, educator and member of feminist design collective Edit.

In 2019, I exhibited a project about foraging and rights to land at the Oslo Architecture Triennale. I was selected as one of the residents for the ‘How to: do no harm’ programme at the Canadian Centre for Architecture in 2022. As part of Edit I have been researching sites of reproductive labour through writing, exhibitions and moving image. Our short film titled ‘Laundry Day’ was commissioned by MAXXI in Rome in 2021. My writing on subjects relating to gender, politics and space has been published in Icon, Architectural Review, Architects Journal, New York Review of Architecture and on e-flux.

I teach design and architectural history at Central Saint Martins, the Welsh School of Architecture and the London School of Architecture. I lead a regular walking tour for the charity Open City.

In 2022/23 I am one of the Design Researchers in Residence at the Design Museum in London, where I am investigating domestic practices and their connection to wider infrastructures and resource extraction.
