Biography

I founded, scaled and sold award-winning London design management consultancy Seen Displays, where I enjoyed working with a diverse portfolio of consumer brands, from Nike in performance retail, to Selfridges in luxury, and Jaguar Land Rover in the automotive sector. Each client partnership and project presented new challenges and the opportunity to innovate the customer experience. I have been nominated for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award nomination in the disrupter category, and attended Buckingham Palace by royal appointment for Seen Displays’ contribution to the Creative Industries.

Pivoting to make space for a new venture, I founded Flux – a London based innovation consultancy that works with corporate leaders and teams to understand complex, systemic problems and design simple, commercially effective solutions.

Alongside Flux, I mentor and teach at UAL, both on CSM’s MA Innovation Management and LCC’s BA Design Management. And in my free time I volunteer at Trailblazers Mentoring with young people in prisons, helping them to prepare for work ahead of release.
