Biography

I am an architect working at Mary Duggan Architects across projects including housing, cultural schemes and exhibition design. I previously studied Architecture at the Royal College of Art and Brighton University and have developed an interest in making at various different scales.

I spent time at the Architectural Association’s Hooke Park campus making both furniture and buildings and have actively furthered my understanding of construction methodologies, attitudes and details since. This has resulted in a desire to challenge materials from the perspective of their architectural capability, sustainability and value beyond financial. I am continually seeking to improve my understanding of ecologies of construction in order to work on projects that contribute positively to their environment, and seek to instil a similar attitude through teaching.
