Biography

I am a fashion historian, curator, and Fashion History and Theory alumna. I have extensive museum experience, having worked at the British Museum (2014-2018), Historic Royal Palaces (2014-2020), Victoria & Albert Museum (2012-2013) and Museum of London (2010-2014). My research interests include the relationship between dress, body, collective identities and coloniality, and how this relationship is negotiated in museum collections. I acted as project researcher and coordinator for the AHRC-funded research project Exploding Fashion: Making, Remaking and Thinking Through Things, led by Prof. Caroline Evans (2018-2020).
