Biography

I trained as an architect in Mexico and the UK, and I am director at Forms of Living, an architectural practice in London that explores the relationship between life and form in architecture, the city, and the landscape.

I am a Design Fellow at the University of Cambridge, where I co-lead a design studio in third year, and a dissertation tutor at the University of Greenwich, where I run a weekly seminar. The seminars are titled after my doctoral research at the Architectural Association, ‘The Studioification of the Home,’ where I conducted a historical study of the figure of the freelance artist in relation to the spaces they occupy, the miniaturisation of domestic space, its transformation into the ubiquitous studio flat, and its systemic effects on the real estate market.

I have taught in the History and Theory course at the Royal College of Art and ran a design studio at Kingston University, Oxford Brookes University and the University of Hertfordshire.
