Biography
I am a Lecturer and Studio Leader for BA Architecture and I am the founding director of Donald McCrory, an award-winning architecture practice based in London. I have worked with diverse clients, from individual homeowners to government bodies and international retailers. Projects include Stephen Hawking School, Bethnal Green Library, Royal Society of Ulster Architects winning Built: East Pavilion and Tower Hill Terrace, a new public square at the Tower of London.
I have held positions as Architecture Department Manager at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, UAL: Central Saint Martin Year Leader, Part 3 Examiner at Westminster University and I am a Design Advisor to the Greater London Authority and Hackney Design Review Panel. I have been an invited critic and lecturer at schools of architecture in the UK and mainland Europe.
