Biography

Considering London’s architectural culture and its inhabitants as the ultimate creative battleground, I endeavour to implement an inclusive, socially and politically engaged mode of design. I studied at the Architectural Association in London. During my studies, I did a series of small scale projects in Paris and London including the exhibition design for Peter Markli at Betts Project in collaboration with Lili Carr.

I often work in a collaborative manner and believe in collective imagination as a driver for change. Most of my projects are for collectives or community groups, such as my involvement in the Alternative Regeneration Masterplan created by PEACH for Custom House and my work for Partisan in Manchester to provide the best space for their activities. I have also worked for muf architecture/art, CZWG Architects and I am currently working at Burrell Foley Fischer Architects on cultural heritage projects. In 2019, I was nominated as alternate candidate MAK-Schindler Architects-in-Residence Program. Since then, I am an associate lecturer at Central Saint Martins for Studio 7 along with Dejan Mrdja and I particularly enjoy designing spaces for communal use while implementing sustainable methods of construction.
