Biography

I am an architect and urban designer currently practising and teaching in London. I studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and continued my studies at the Royal College of Art, where I obtained a masters in City Design. During my time there I became particularly interested in architectural typology and new modes of collectivity in the city. My research mainly focuses on how typological innovation can tackle the housing crisis and introduce new forms of care in the private and public sphere.

I have worked in Athens, Rome and London on a variety of architectural, masterplanning and placemaking projects. While in practice I am always seeking to integrate my research thinking and a strong social focus into the complexities of the delivery of mixed-use developments and public realm visions and strategies.

I have taught at the RCA and participated in workshops and as an invited critic in Anglia Ruskin University, HKU, the RCA and KU Leuven.
