A fresh interpretation of the Serpenti collection
Bulgari challenged Central Saint Martins students to create a series of photos and videos with the goal of enriching a Bulgari collection with iconic, larger than life content.
Students from BA Fine Art, BA Graphic Communication Design and BA Fashion Communication: Fashion Communication and Promotion worked in groups to pitch design concepts to Bulgari’s Heritage Team based on one of a selection of themes chosen by the brand. Three were selected for further development, and of these a single winning group were given budget to make their concept a reality.
The stunning work created by the winning team of BA Graphic Communication Design students - Anna Sheriakova, Nada Debeaumont, Jonathan Quaade and Calum Barlow - was launched at Bulgari’s “BVLGARI. The Story. The Dream.” exhibition at Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome and will continue to be used when showcasing the Serpenti collection in special events and exhibitions.
