The UAL Attainment Programme: Learning for All (L4A) aims to ensure that all our students achieve their full potential. The programme has been developed in response to UAL data that indicates we have attainment differentials in relation to BAME, international and working class students. UAL is committed to addressing this inequality. The programme has five work streams‌.

Attainment data is now available from UAL Active Dashboards, provided by the University Central Planning Unit. More information and the link for data dashboards can be found on the UAL Attainment Programme: Learning for All intranet page (find the link in the resources box).
