Biography

Hannah Wroe is Administrator for the Decolonising Arts Institute. She has worked for UAL for 2 years in Library Services at London College of Communication as both Evening and Collections Library Assistant. In her current role she is responsible for the administration of the collaborative projects and partnerships of the Institute.

In 2012, Hannah attained a BA in Illustration from Camberwell College of Arts where she became interested in the intersections between art, politics and pedagogy. She recently graduated from a masters in Art and Politics at Goldsmiths University (2019), her dissertation explored the links between art, botany and colonialism tracking in particular female histories and their presentation in museums today.

Working at the Decolonising Arts Institute allows her to assist and support her colleagues in their aims to make impactful change within the university setting and broader arts sector.
