Brooke Hall is just a 20-minute walk from Camberwell College of Arts and short bus rides from both London College of Communications and Chelsea College of Arts.

The hall is located in a residential area but is close to plenty of local shops, cafes and bars, and has easy access to central London by bus or train.

A short walk from Camberwell Green, Brooke Hall is conveniently located for Camberwell College of Arts and London College of Communication students.

Prices and sizes 2024-25

Standard tenancies at Brooke Hall are for 50 weeks.

  • Standard studios and standard studios (mobility adaptable) are £251.00 per week, £12,550.00 in total. These rooms are approximately between 14 and 16 metres squared and have single beds.
  • Large studios and large studios (mobility adaptable) are £274.00 per week, £13,700.00 in total. These rooms are approximately 18 metres squared and have single beds.

Tenancy agreements and conditions of residence will be with the University.
