Welcome to Gardens House | UAL Halls

Location

Gardens House was a brand new development opened for the 2017/18 academic year, exclusively for UAL students. Less than a minute’s walk from Camberwell College of Arts, it’s perfect for students looking for a campus-style experience. The halls are situated on the College campus grounds, within easy reach of London College of Communication and Chelsea College of Arts too.

Prices and sizes

The following prices refer to the new academic year beginning in September 2022.

Standard rooms:

  • Standard rooms (41 weeks) are £247 per week, £10,127 in total. These rooms are approximately between 14 and 15 metres squared and have 3/4 beds.
  • Standard rooms (50 weeks) are £245 per week, £12,250 in total. These rooms are approximately between 14 and 15 metres squared and have 3/4 beds.
  • Standard rooms (Shared Bathroom), (50 weeks) are £206 per week, £10,300 in total. These rooms are approximately between 10 and 11 metres squared and have 3/4 beds.

Premium rooms:

  • Premium rooms (Shared Bathroom), (50 weeks) are £210.50 per week, £10,525 in total. These rooms are approximately between 12 and 13 metres squared and have 3/4 beds.

Studios:

  • Studios (50 weeks) are £315.50 per week, £15,775 in total. These rooms are approximately between 26 and 27 metres squared and have 3/4 beds.
  • The Studio (Mobility Adaptable), (50 weeks) is £245 per week, £12,250 in total. This room is approximately between 26 and 27 metres squared and has a 3/4 bed.
