We currently have rooms available to rent at Cordwainers Court for the academic year 2018/19.

Cordwainers Court can be found in the heart of Hackney, East London, just a 2-minute walk from London College of Fashion’s Mare Street campus. The area has a number of supermarkets and shops and is within easy reach of Hoxton, Islington and Shoreditch, where there are plenty of popular bars and restaurants.

Prices and sizes
Standard tenancies at Cordwainers Court are either 42 or 50 weeks and the following prices refer to the new academic year beginning in September 2018.
Standard rooms (shared bathroom) are £154 per week for 42-week tenancies, £6,468 in total, and £150 per week for 50-week tenancies, £7,500 in total. These rooms are approximately 12m2.
Cordwainers Court is available for summer stays throughout July and August. Find out more on the Summer Accommodation section of the website.
