Stratford station is a 5-minute walk away, with the Elizabeth line putting central London within 30 minutes. The hall is also close to several bus stops, bike hire stations, and Westfield Stratford City.

The residence offers contemporary ensuite rooms and studios, with shared facilities including a free gym, cinema room, karaoke and games rooms, a roof terrace, and dedicated study spaces with quiet rooms, private booths and collaborative areas. Bike storage and on-site laundry add to the day-to-day convenience.

Hawthorne House is well placed for exploring the local area, with Westfield Stratford City right on the doorstep alongside a range of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Nearby cultural highlights include the V&A East Museum, Stratford East Theatre and Roof East. It's a great base for students looking to make East London their home.
