Sketch House is exclusively for UAL students and has been designed with inspiration from London’s artist community. Located in the heart of Finsbury Park, it offers an ideal setting for students who want to live close to central London while being part of a lively local neighbourhood. With a spacious common room complete with a pool table, foosball and table tennis, plus a large outdoor courtyard, it’s easy to relax and socialise.
The residence is a 5-minute walk from Finsbury Park Underground and National Rail station which is served by the Victoria and Piccadilly lines. These excellent transport links provide easy access to the city, with Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts only a short tube journey away.
Sketch House is also within walking distance of a variety of bars, bakeries and cafés and is across the street from Park Theatre, making it easy to enjoy live shows. It’s the perfect residence for students who want a social place to live in a well-connected area of North London.
