Highline Building is exclusive for UAL students and just a 5-minute walk from Elephant and Castle Underground and Overground stations. Excellent transport links make it easy to reach central London in around 15 minutes. London College of Communication is a short walk away and the building’s well-connected location makes commuting to UAL colleges straightforward. Residents have access to a large common room with a spacious table for project work, as well as a foosball table, pool table and plenty of seating areas.

Elephant and Castle is known for its vibrant atmosphere, with a diverse mix of shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as a range of arts and entertainment spaces. Nearby South Bank, one of London’s main cultural hubs, offers easy access to galleries and creative venues. Highline Building is ideal for students who want to be at the heart of London’s cultural scene.

Standard tenancies at Highline Building are for 50 weeks. All bedrooms include ensuite facilities. All Premium rooms are on the top 2 floors of the building and face outwards with views of the city.

  • Standard rooms are £292.50 per week, £14,625 in total.
    These rooms are approximately between 13 and 14 metres squared and have 3/4 size beds.
  • Large rooms are £297.50 per week, £14,875 in total.
    These rooms are approximately between 15 and 18 metres squared and have 3/4 size beds.
  • Premium rooms are £306 per week, £15,300 in total.
    These rooms are approximately between 14 and 21 metres squared and have 3/4 size beds.
  • Premium (mobility adaptable) are £292.50 per week, £14,625  in total. These rooms are approximately between 20 and 24 metres squared and have 3/4 size beds.

What's included

Room improvement works for 2026/27

From August 2026 to August 2027 there will be renovation works taking place at the Highline Building, to refresh and improve all rooms and shared areas as part of our routine improvement programme.
Our aim is to keep any disruption to our residents at a minimum. Further information about the works schedule will be provided in the next couple of months.

Highline Building is managed by UAL, operated in collaboration with its owner, Fresh Student Living.
