How to get IT support

IT Services and the Digital Learning teams are here to support you with any technical issues affecting UAL systems and services. There are two ways to get in touch - either by raising a ticket in MySupport or calling the IT Service Desk.

Reporting a problem

Raise a ticket in MySupport

  • for issues with learning platforms (Moodle, Collaborate and mybog), as well as non-urgent IT issues with other UAL systems.
  • complete a short form and someone will get back to you.
  • simply log in with your UAL username and head to the Students section. Visit MySupport.

Call the IT Service Desk

  • the IT Service Desk can help with urgent issues like password resets and email accounts.
  • call the friendly team on +44 (0)20 7514 9898. Lines are open 365 days a year.
  • please have your student ID number ready before calling.

  • If you have any technical issues with these platforms, contact your course team in the first instance

Academic support

  • You can get Academic Support if you are on a Foundation, Undergraduate or Postgraduate course, including PhD.
