IT Services and the Digital Learning teams are here to support you with any technical issues affecting UAL systems and services. There are two ways to get in touch - either by raising a ticket in MySupport or calling the IT Service Desk.
Reporting a problem
Raise a ticket in MySupport
- for issues with learning platforms (Moodle, Collaborate and mybog), as well as non-urgent IT issues with other UAL systems.
- complete a short form and someone will get back to you.
- simply log in with your UAL username and head to the Students section. Visit MySupport.
Call the IT Service Desk
- the IT Service Desk can help with urgent issues like password resets and email accounts.
- call the friendly team on +44 (0)20 7514 9898. Lines are open 365 days a year.
- please have your student ID number ready before calling.
