Overview

This session will discuss how staff can embed principles of climate, racial and social justice, not just into documents but enact these in practice. It will ask the question: what if justice were the university's first priority?

Hosts

Co-hosted by Amita Nijhawan, Educational Developer (Social Justice and Student Co creation) and Mia Liyanage , Educational Developer (Climate Racial and Social Justice) both within the Academic Enhancement team in the Teaching, Learning and Employability Exchange at UAL.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is open to all UAL staff.

If you are on an hourly contract and attending the session, you are eligible to receive a basic rate payment for your time. To raise this, you will need to contact us, with your details at teachingexchange@arts.ac.uk in order for us to process.

Where

This event will take place online. Please sign up using your UAL email and you will receive the link to the online event space on the day of the event.
