During this course, students will be encouraged to understand how a creative mind-set helps you to understand complex problems and to find solutions.

Course description

This online course focuses on developing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking for creative businesses. It will enable students to understand how a creative mind-set help to solve complex problems and find effective solutions.

The delivery of this course is interactive, inclusive and energetic, using commercial coaching and design thinking activities. We aim to challenge your existing ways of operating and help you to:

  • Solve complex problem through creative thinking
  • Change perspectives to gain a more holistic viewpoint
  • Develop functional creativity to aid your decision-making
  • Understand and apply creative and divergent thinking tools
  • Think like an entrepreneur to successfully navigate the new market place

  • You will discover new ways of creative thinking and how to apply creativity to improve decision making
  • 48-hour Action plan
  • This course will enable you to understand how a creative mind-set helps you to solve complex problems and find solutions.


Who should attend?

The course is aimed at industry professionals looking to improve leadership skills or progress to the next level.

We like to do things the right way - that's why all of our online classes are live, you won't find any recordings here (well apart from the recording we provide in case you miss a live session)

Receive feedback and critique on your assignments

Discuss topics related to your course in real time via your microphone and camera or if you're not feeling brave, in the chat box

Miss a class? Thats ok you can catch up in a recording which is available for 2 weeks after your course runs.


A certificate of completion:

You've put the work in so we want to make sure you have something to show for it!

As long as you attend a minimum of 80% of your classes, we will provide you with a certificate of attendance. However we always recommend you attend all of the classes so that you get the most out of the experience!

Certificates are a great addition to your CV.

To take part in the Online sessions you will need:

A recent computer with a recent operating system

An up-to-date web browser (we recommend Google Chrome)

Aa headset with microphone/headphones is recommended

Webcam (We won't force you to use this, but you might decide you would like to say hello)
