How are we doing? - Spring term Service Standards update

Library Services are always seeking ways to meet your requirements.  We use the Customer Service standards to help measure the quality of our library services.

The standards measure key areas we think you have expectations of library service quality.

This is part of our commitment to retaining our Customer Service Excellence standard.

This term we met or almost met (within 5 %) nine out of ten of our standards.
