Biography

Jane Slinn has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry. She started her career at PW in 1986, project managing IT enabled business change programmes for clients, making Partner in 1999.

Her career focused on the most complex of change programmes, often with commercial and supplier complexity and she has delivered many programmes to time and budget, as well as delivering on the client benefits. She made her name for being able to turn around troubled programmes and became a subject matter expert in Systems Integration. Throughout her career she has worked across Industry, going where the next big challenge was to be found.

Through merger and acquisition she went from PW to PwC to IBM, where as an Exec in the UK business, she took on many leadership positions, finally leading IT services across EMEA 2007 and 8.

In 2010 she moved to EY and worked globally for 2 years leading their IT project portfolio, involving some 2000 staff in 87 countries. In this role, she was responsible for all project work globally, both for EY and their clients, as well as globalising the programme function, ensuring consistent standards were used and delivering several cost reduction programmes.

Since 2012 she has been a Partner in the UK Advisory business, leading IT Advisory, Programme Assurance and Strategy teams, personally leading on some client engagements, in 2013 became COO and Diversity and Inclusiveness leader.

Currently she is leading a large Global Business Transformation programme for a professional services firm.

Outside of work she is married, with two teenage children.
