London College of Fashion Masterclass is an interactive Q&A forum-style discussion, which will form a framework to showcase the exceptional work of London College of Fashion’s alumni of menswear and accessories designers.

With the second London Collections: Men also round the corner, the LCFMasterclass takes menswear as its focus and consolidates LCF’s globally pioneering position.

The LCFMasterclass debate will be addressing the sartorial proposition; ‘Why don’t men wear high heels’?

At the inaugural event the exceptional work of Baartmans and Siegel, Domingo Rodriguez, Na Di, Sarah Williams, Oliver Ruuger and Leonard Kahlcke will be showcased as part of an alumni exhibition.

The LCFMasterclass, taking place on Wednesday 12th June 2013, is the start of an exciting series of filmed and streamed debates that centre on provocative and relevant topics, the first of which will be addressing the sartorial proposition; ‘Why don’t men wear high heels?’

The industry panel addressing the creatively contentious proposition comprises key fashion media and industry figureheads including; Professor Frances Corner, AA Gill of Esquire & Sunday Times Style Magazine, GQ’s fashion director Jonathan Heaf, performance artist Rhyannon Styles, mens luxury accessories designer Robert Tateossian, and is hosted by George Lamb.
