‘Exhibit 3′ is an exhibition of a selection of current students’ work from the Wimbledon College of Art BA Fine Art Painting course. The exhibition has been curated by Alice Cretney and Gwennan Thomas.
“Our process for selecting the work was very open. We both wanted to work with Wimbledon students as we had graduated from the course a few years before. A lot of the works that we selected for the show were either drawings, experiments, accidents in the studio that we found visually exciting or works that hadn’t yet been resolved and looked full of possibilities and promise.
We had to make quite “short and snappy” decisions with regard to the selection process as the exhibition had to be pulled together quickly. This we felt tied in well with the nature of the works on show where it is not so much about “a finished piece” but having a visual conversation about different ideas, methods and process.”
Participating artists: Bryony Bodimeade, Jessica Bryant, Matthew Cheale, Peter Glasgow, Ella Mcveigh, Maki Morinaga, Florence Mytum, Tom Savery, Sung Mi Shin, Ben Stephenson, Sara Szpadzik, Juliette Temple, Sophie Wall and Jonny Wheatley.

Exhibition continues until 3rd December. Open daily from 9am-8pm.
